The Winemaking team, in order to support the wineries it works with in the difficult and delicate beginning phase of their production, offers hospitality at the Winecircus facilities where they have availability of cutting edge equipment and technologies and the constant attention of Roberto Cipresso and of the other winemakers of the group, who select everything according to the raw material and to the targets of the producer. All this in order to evaluate limits and potentiality of one's terroir ,before facing a substantial investment that the building of a cellar requires, in the security guaranteed by an expert assistance perfectly adherent to the principles of an agronomic consultancy.
The wineries that decide to use the Wineservice can choose to collect their own wine after the vinification and the 1 year period of aging in wood or also to benefit the bottling, packaging and warehouse storing services and logistics and shipping management.
In the end, the Winecircus facilities have the privilege of hosting, with the Wineservice branch, even particular and exclusive projects, such as the vinification of the Dorona di Venissa or of the special cru Castello di Vicarello.
